The HEYDAY Symposium is the knowledge and dialogue function of the ecosystem. It exists to listen to the field, interpret what happens there, and transform experience into shared understanding, evidence and future action.
It brings together people who can help HEYDAY think, measure, teach, protect and develop the common field with substance.
Two movements, one cycle.
The Symposium connects the experience of the road with knowledge that can return to the road.

What happens on the road — fatigue, care, community, memory, resilience, participation and evidence — becomes a source of shared understanding.
From Knowledge to the Field
What is discussed, studied and clarified in the room returns to the road through better practice, education, care, participation and responsibility.

The Symposium remains multidimensional. It does not reduce HEYDAY to one subject.

The body, the road and the real conditions of participation SCIENCE The Symposium can host scientific dialogue around human resilience, movement, recovery, biomarkers, prevention, care and the lessons of real-world participation in the field.
- Cultural memory and heritage
How place, story and route become living knowledge MEMORY The Symposium gives space to the cultural, historical and symbolic meaning of the road. Heritage is not treated as decoration, but as a living source of orientation, responsibility and dialogue.
- Education and youth
From experience to learning, values and future generations SCHOOL The Symposium can connect schools, students, mentors and educational communities with the HEYDAY field. The road becomes a learning environment, not only a route to be completed.
- Policy, diplomacy and institutional voice
Where a local field can speak to wider public responsibility VOICE The Symposium opens the possibility for HEYDAY to contribute to conversations around cultural diplomacy, social cohesion, sustainable local development, heritage routes and citizen participation.

HEYDAY Unity Symposium 2026
The September 2026 activation brings together dialogue, knowledge, youth participation and field experience. It culminates with Unity Race 2 — 48 km + 6 km toward Ancient Olympia.
